TerraNoble Gran Reserva Carmenere 2011 from Chile Deep purple in color, this wine shows ripe aromas of blackberry, plum, fig and dates. On the palate, it has a Dark fruit filled nose for this cherry coloured juicy wine. Medium length, rounded, with tannins only making a guest appearance. Very tasty but some heat on the finish that is somewhat diminished when briefly chilled. A nice sipper but also a good playmate for a wide range of vittles.
